DMCA Policy
Homemade Vegetable Chicken Noodle Soup ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if their content has been removed in error.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Homemade Vegetable Chicken Noodle Soup website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., the URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Homemade Vegetable Chicken Noodle Soup may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
